Refundsarrange collection. Refunds are only given on the basis of stock being delivered damaged, faulty or if the wrong item was delivered on our behalf. Refunds will not be given if stock has been opened or clearly used, altered or damaged by the customer. It is up to the Urban Tan Head Office to agree/confirm if a refund should be given in each case at their discretion. Please note, a refund will only be given once item is returned to us.
Once your item/s has been agreed for a refund, then the balance will be refunded within 30 days. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase. If you have paid by PAYPAL we will add this credit back to your account or If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
